RETURN POLICY Bumper Stickers USA offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our standard regular merchandise. We will refund you the full purchase price for 30days after purchase. After that time, an exchange of merchandise will be processed for up to one year after purchase date. Please call us for an RMA prior to returning any merchandise. If you do have to return any goods to us, be sure to have the original packaging, and a copy of the original order email as well. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it is a defective product. Then it will be refunded. If you paid for priority shipping, the difference between that and stanndard shipping will be refunded. For
all custom orders, there will be no refunds. All custom orders are
first sent to the customer via email for final approval. If the customer
does not have an email address, a copy of the final product can be
faxed to a number of their choice. All photographs sent to Bumper
Stickers USA will be scanned and then returned with the final order.
We do not alter or adjust any original photograph. We do all our work
from a digital copy that was created when we scanned the photograph.
When sending in a photograph(s), be sure to send them in a large enough
envelope so that they are flat, and between sheets of cardboard is
always a good idea. Mark on the outside of the envelope, on both sides,
HAND CANCEL.
